My family and I celebrated my sister’s 18th birthday with family and friends. Can I tell you about the chicken kabobs marinated in jerk sauce from Jamaica, on the BBQ, ohhh, la la. C’est super bon!!! Lip liner is a popular cosmetic product that usually applied before lip stick to outline the outer edges of the lips. Liners help smoothing out uneven areas to produce a uniform, finished look and define shape, also to help to keep the lipstick from “bleeding” into the small lines around the month. They are sometime used to alter the shape of the month or create the illusion of fuller lips.

Lip liners are available various forms such as liner pencils, retractable tubes, and liquid or gel formulas. Lip liner is usually applied before the lip colour to define the shape of the lip. Choose a colour that coordinates with the chosen lip stick.

HOW TO APPLY LIP LINER

Beginning at the outer corner of the upper lip and working towards the middle, colour the natural lip line. Repeat on the opposite side. Connect the centre peaks with rounded strokes, following the natural lip line. Outline the lower lips from the outer corner in, and then apply liner on the lips, staying within the line.

LIP LINER PENCILS

Lip liner pencils obtain a small amount of solid, coloured lip liner base encased in soft wood or other cosmetic grade materials. The consistency of pencil liner is usually soft but firmer and drier than the texture of solid lip stick. The contrast help seal lip stick within the liner’s boundaries. Pencil lip liner can be sharpen to an extremely fine point or allow wearing down produce a softer edge.

AUTOMATIC OR RETRACTABLE LIP LINER

Retractable liners consist of a thin plastic tube holding a solid lip liner product. The base of the container usually twists to advance the product. These liners are popular to their convenient form and cost-effective construction. Some automatic liner includes a built-in sharpening feature on the opposite end of the tube to allow more precise application.

LIQUID AND CREAM LIP LINERS

Like lip stain, a liquid, cream, or semi-solid lip liner formula usually offer semi-permanent wear. These liners are applied with a small, thin brush or built-in doe-foot applicator. Some liquid formulas contain lip-plumping ingredients. The extended wear of these products is a benefit for those who do not wish to re-apply their lip products throughout the day.

GEL LIP LINER

The benefits of pencils and liquids are combined in gel liner formulas. The soft, semi-solid liner applies smoother than pencils and provides either temporary or semi-permanent wear.

NATURAL FORMULA LIP LINERS

For those interested in a safer, chemical-free products and greener living, some companies produce lip liners that are free from artificial ingredients such as chemical dyes and preservatives. They are usually produced in pencil or twist-up tubes from consist of plant-based pigments, mineral products, and solid oils or beeswax.

INVISIBLE LIP LINERS

Those who desire the illusion of fullness, added definition, smoother shapes, and line-filling effects without added colour can use an invisible lip liner. These soft solid liners enhance or correct the shape of the lips and prevent lip stick bleeding.

TIPS

Lip liner is not just the red lip loving set. Hall-Scarmma notes, “Even if you’re not a big lip wearer, you can still benefit from lip liner. Pick a nude shade that is close to your natural lip colour and lightly trace the natural lip line to define the shape. Buff out the edges into the centre of the lip with a brush a layer with a clear gloss.”

The liner colour should not be dramatic different than the natural lip shade

Lip liner can also be worn on its own on its own as a lip colour.

Hold lip liner at a 45- degree angle and apply it with short, light strokes.

If the lips appear too thin, create a soft line that extends just above or below the natural lip line. Using conservative or neutral colours make this illusion seems natural. To minimize the size of large lips, apply a small amount of foundation to the lips first, and then use a lip liner colour that is darker than the lip stick.

Tomorrow we’ll also have very good weather, then on Sunday it’s expected to rain. I’m so obessed with the weather now it’s determines so much for me in the daily desions I make. It’s really interesting expect when it’s freezing cold.

Alors, the shape of the eyebrow depends on the shape of your face. Generally there are six types of face, such as oval, long, heart, round, square and diamond.

Knowing your face shape is the first step to creating your most beautiful look.

Trace line along the bottom edge of your eyebrow.

Comb eyebrow hair.

Comb your eyebrow hair upwards with the brow brush, and starting from the ends to the front of your eyebrows, trim 0.2 mm of stray hair the extend past the upper  brown line with a eyebrow shaping scissors. Next, brush down wards and cut the hairs beyond the upper brow line.

First line.

The first line is vertical, from the inner corner of the eye upward. Then just a few millimetres outwards, and clean up the space in – between them. This is where the eyebrow should begin.

STEP 6

Second line.

The second line is vertical, from the outer circle of the iris of the eye upward. You should be looking straight ahead as you determine this line. This is where the highest part of the arch would ideally be.

STEP 7

Third line.

The third line is drawn at an angle from the outer corner of the nose. This is from the outer corner of the nose to the outer corner of the eye. This is where the eyebrow should end.

STEP 8

Fill eyebrow.

Fill in your eyebrow with lash – like feathery strokes where there are spaces, use an eyebrow pencil or and angle brush with eyebrow powder or gel.

TIPS

I recommend leaving any major eyebrow shaping to the professionals. Better yet, bring a screenshot of the face shape that the closest to your own, and ask your technician to mirror the appearance.

For shorter eyebrow hair, trim off an additional 0.1 mm, starting from the ends to the front of your eyebrows.

SHORTER AND FULLE

If you like flaunting a fuller brow size, which is in vogue this season, you should stick to a shorter length. It creates the correct impact and the face looks perfectly maintained – neither wide nor short. You might not agree to the idea of eyebrow length justifying the

You can take a break from keeping the tail of you eyebrows pointed and extended out. Try the trimmed tail pattern on your face next time. What is the best eye make up colors to compliment blue eyes?

 

Hi, blue eyed beauties your eyes might be a recessive trait, but if you’ve got them, they deserve to be your dominant feature. Bring them into focus with eye shadows, eyeliners, and mascaras.

To make your blue eyes pop use contrasting hues ranging from brown, mauve and dark purple. For deep eye shadow color (accent colour) use orange, gold, peach, and dusty rose, for lighter colors (mid-tone colours) use neutrals.

People with blue eyes generally fall into three color categories.  There is light blue or “icy blue”,  with hues of silver; grey blue, with hues of blue and gray and a bit of green, or even a hint of yellow; and deep blue, with hues of dark and light blue.

For light blue eyes or “Icy blue”

I recommend using rich, neutral browns and orange-bronze tones. This will add depth against the lightness of your blue eyes for a particularly striking finish.

Grey blue eyes

All orange-browns and bright orange/coral shades will bring out the blue tones in the iris. When using vibrant orange tones, my best advice would be to keep the vibrant color on the upper lid and slightly blend a small amount into the brown shadow which is use on the lower lid. Using the vibrant orange on the lower lid without being supported by the brown can leave the eyes looking tired.

Deep blue eyes

I recommend neutral-browns and soft peach/salmon tones, using these tones will enhance your deep blue eyes.

EYELINERS

For eyeliners, I recommend using terra-cotta, champagne, dark brown or navy. Contrasting shades of eyeliner will bring out the eye colour, so copper and gold will make blue eyes appear even bluer, when warm metallics pick up gold flashing in the iris, they really light up cool blue eyes. Dark brown or navy blue eyeliner is a beautiful enhancement to your blue eyes.

You can also use black eyeliner, this will make blue eyes appear more grey or silver, which is still beautiful but just not bluer.

MASCARA

For mascaras a black one is a universal rule that everyone looks good in black mascara. Eeven on the fairest skin. It provides a dramatic frame for the eyes. For darker skinned tones, it adds drama to fringe.

A classic black mascara looks all well and good but there’s also a serious cause to be brown lashes. If you have fair skin and prefer a natural look, a rich brown mascara is your best friend! the softer brown tone harmonize with blond, light brown, or even light red hair, so that no one but you will know you have invisible eyelashes!

TIPS

Apply a small dot of highlighting colour to the inner corner of your eyes, to draw attention to your beautiful blue eyes.

Keep your eyeliner tight to the upper lash line, or just fill in the whole eyelid.

Have fun and be creative, mixing and matching colours to suit your personality, what you are wearing or the event or situation for which you are dressing up.

Try different types of eye shadows like powders, minerals, cream, gels and pencils to determine which one works best for you.

Mix and match more than one colour of eye shadow or mulitple shades within the colour spectrum in a rainbow or ombre effect for an over- the – top eye look.

Apply shimmers in metallic colours on top of a normal eyeshadow colours to add depth or achieve an unusual look.

NOTE: Before you pick any of these eye makeup colour, just remember no matter what always take your skin tone into consideration. After all, you don’t want to get something that is listed here and it doesn’t work with your skin tone!
